Best app I have

Does an important job, does it very well, and constantly improves. Vaults, multi-word passwords, better integration, etc.

Looking at some of the negative reviews here, I have to be skeptical. Can any user really expect a password manager not to require any password?
And as someone who’s had this product for years, I have trouble believing that the company would EVER fail to respond to a customer; I’ve sometimes has a response within the hour!
My versions sync painlessly through Dropbox.

And I have no connection with them except as a happy customer.
