Unwilling to cooperate regarding accessibility
I have tried numerous times talking to the devs of this app. I am totally blind and use Voiceover through OSX. Though doable with some work, this app lacks a ton to be desired regarding accessibility. Though the dev clames to understand us blind individuals’ needs, they then argue that they can’t fix accessibility or it would break everything for everone. They say we’re in the minority, therefore they have to instead support the majority. That is terrible! Even if their app was good, I’d not support these guys due to their rude unethical netiquette. If nothing else, I’d boycot these guys just because it’s obvious they don’t care about accessibility, even though they clame to do so. Trust me. I’ve seen it first hand. I can’t tell you the times I’ve written them, and been blown off! Totally despicable!
