Disappointing!
I have used this app as my main password app for over 5 years. Despite occasioanlly having major problems with it, I stayed a loyal customer because the developers provided excellent support to resolve my issues, and provided timely updates. As the app became very popular, now the developers came up with new ways to make money, and I cannot fault them for this as no one works for free and there has been no way for making a living in the previous app store business model. The problem I have with this app now is the requirement to “authorize” the browser extension, something that was unnecessary prior to the last couple of updates. I read reviews from other customers that had the same concerns. The developers have a page on troubleshooting authorization, but provided no explanation to why this is, all of a sudden, necessary for my “security”. Ihave removed the extension from my browser, and reinstalled after this latest update and found out that it still asks for “authorization” so I uninstalled it again. If this does not change, I will be moving to another password app that I feel more comfortable with.
