The best password manager you could ever get.
The best password manager application by far, sync and one time password integration are killer features.
I have been using 1Password from allmost 4 years in both my laptop and iPhone: It never crashes, powerful, easy to use… I could not ask more. Time passes and I still completely satisfied. It definitely worth the money: buy it, you will not be disappointed! I also really appreciate that it does not solicitates the review.
Couldn’t work without it Works smoothly on MacOs and IOS, syncs without problems
Been a fan of 1Pawword since the first version. This is somply the best app for keeping your data secure and private.
I love the mobility and the security. Thanks.
The AgileBits team is the most solid developers! It’s so great to see your favorite Password manager app that you rely on every single day get better and better. To see it stay up-to-date and use current technologies is so impressive! You guys have my loyalty forever! SIMPLY THE BEST!
It may be because they’ve been doing this for so long or they’re really engaged with their customers or they’re simply great at what they do… 1Password is really the only app in this category. Like the best kind of service apps, it’s in the background and never gets in your way until you need to use it… and then it does exactly what you need it to. Using TouchID on the new MacBook Pro is a game changer too. Worth every cent.
I really like 1Password. It has a very good interface on the Mac and in its iOS cousins. Syncing through my iCloud account is reliable. The browser plug-in is rock solid. I have found the app to be so easy to use that I have changed all of my passwords to use complex strings because using the app to supply the passwords just does not get in the way. I have used other password managers that were cheaper but they were never comfortable to use. This one is the best of them all and is really worth the money if you value your security and want a product that will be easy to use.
1Password is the best password manager by far. It’s not even a competition!
I love good software, and this is just software at its best. Just do what it says, even better. It sync perfectly and simply via dropbox, and is super reliable. This is the one app that anybody should have on their mac/pc and mobile devices. Your net life will be much more secure, and interesting, when you use this app, it is actually also getting easier (than not being secure).
very helpful app, i use it almost every day. My digital life has gotten much more secure and more convenient, thanks to 1Password!
1Password is an indispensible tool - it’s great just for personal use, but even better if you’re in a situation where you have to share account credentials with multiple people. Great job, and keep up the good work.
I’ve been using 1Password for a number of years. I initially got it in some stupid app bundle, but I’ve bought the updates since because 1Password is great and, honestly, indispensible. It keeps getting better. I tried a number of other (cheaper) password managers a few times over the years, but they were always greatly lacking in one area or another, so I keep coming back to 1Password.
1Password has added new features and has two core features that are essential for a secure password storage application. First your passwords never leave your control and your encrypted store is handled very securely. They’ve struck a deft ballance in keeping your data secure yet shareable between your computing devices. Second when you commit a lot of data to an encryped store, you need to know that you can get at it from a backup even if you loose the application that created it. 1Password embeds 1PasswordAnywhere, a local web based javascript application, it it’s data store that lets you get at your data with only your password and a web browser. Unfortunately this feature no longer works without workarounds. When you try it you get the very uninformative message: "A key data file could not be loaded and 1PasswordAnywhere cannot continue without it.” and a link to the help guide which has no useful information when you search for 1PasswordAnywhere. You can get this feature to work by enabling the develop menu in Safari. There choose Disable Local File Restrictions. Next in the Finder navigate to where your 1Password.agilekeychain file is located. Select that file and choose “Show Package Contents” from the local menu (two finger/ right button click) You will seea file called 1Password.html, drag that file into Safari and a web based version of 1Password will open up. It would be straightforward to give a sensible error message and help when users try to use this feature, please don’t make it so hard to use. if this feature ever stops working, then I will stop using 1Password, because without it, 1Password carries the possibility of eventually loosing access to all of my data. Yes you offer some web based options, but those all depend on the continued operation of AgileBits Inc. I wish you well, but I want to be sure that I can get MY data even if you are gone.
My reviews are very rare and when I do it is about or either very bad or very good. 1Password falls in the latter category. I use 1Password extensively on my Mac, Macbook, iPad and iPhone. It even saved me a couple of times as I keep copies of the family passports, credit cards and other relevant sensitive documentation. With iPhone always on me, I could show in a second the relevant document that I didnt carry. I am using 1Password in combination with Clef, which allows me to open 1Password on my mobile devices with fingerprint technology. This is one small investment you will not regret.
1Password is probably the most important piece of software I have on my laptop. This sleek, functional password manager has saved me hours of resetting passwords because I had forgotten them and kept everything in an organised and secure vault. It syncs between my laptop and my iPhone seamlessly. If you are in doubt about purchasing 1Password, don’t be. Just. Get. It.
This is the best password manager available. Its a definite must for anyone that takes security seriously (which should be all of us). Its iOS partner is a must have as well. Been using this for years and will continue.
I have used this app and no other app for password management. It works beautifully on mac and windows and everything is synced! stable as The Rock and a plethora of features! You just CANT go wrong.
